Chris Herson
Investment Manager
Chris joined MxP in 2016, and has worked on the origination and execution of a number of bolt-on acquisition and refinancing transactions for portfolio businesses, as well as the origination and execution of new opportunities. Chris helps to look after MxP’s adviser relationships and origination network.
Prior to joining MxP, Chris spent four years in investment management, as an equities analyst and latterly deputy fund manager of an actively-managed small/mid-cap equity fund focused on investing in publicly-quoted TMT and financial services businesses.
Chris also held prior positions within risk management teams at a mid-sized financial services company.
Chris is a CFA charterholder / IMC holder and has a MSc in Finance with Distinction from Imperial College Business School and a first-class honours degree in Economics from the University of Southampton.
